Mariage could not be a better choice of word for defining the character of this cognac. More than just a blend, it is a sacrosanct union between exceptional eaux-de-vie. Jealously guarded in our Réserve du Paradis, each eau-de-vie interacts with the others, progressively enhancing the taste experience.
Initially, these cognacs originating from the chalky soils of the Grande Champagne surprise with their freshness. Born in another century, they are extraordinarily youthful. Aromas of hazelnuts, toasted almonds and candied fruits become pure velvet, enhanced by delicate woody tones. Mirroring a marriage between two individuals, it meanders and plays hard to get, stretching its palette of flavours to infinity and inviting contemplation.
